We offer returns within 30 days, and exchanges within the first 100 days, unless marked Final Sale or Exchange Only. Last Chance Sale, Infinity Marketplace, Capsule Sale, Sample Sale, Gift Cards and As-Is items are Final Sale.
All other Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:
- Are in new, unworn condition, with original hangtags attached
- Do not have tears, pilling, sweat stains, makeup stains or other visible markings
- Have not been altered, washed or otherwise damaged
- Not marked as "Final Sale" or "Exchange Only"
All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method, wherever possible. In the unlikely event that your authorization period has ended, we will issue a PayPal credit. Orders paid by cash can be returned in-store to receive cash, otherwise, store credit will be issued.
Note: Final Sale items are clearly marked on their specific product pages prior to checkout. Final Sale items include Last Chance Sale, Previous Generation, Capsule Sale, Gift Cards and As-Is items. Promotional discounts may be marked as "Exchange Only" - products purchased using the promotional discount are only eligible to be exchanged for a new item or store credit and are not eligible to be returned for a refund.
Free returns & exchanges in the US
Returns and exchanges in the US are free. To initiate a return, please visit our Online Returns Center.
How long does the process take?
We do our best to process returns immediately. Please allow 7-10 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. For faster processing, you can always exchange for store credit.
International returns and exchanges
We charge a $25 International Return fee, which is deducted from your refund. There is no return fee for exchanges or site credit. International customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates (duties/fees may apply). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gifts
If you would like to return an item received as a gift, you will receive store credit equal to its value as soon as the return is received and processed. To initiate a return, please visit our Online Returns Center.

We monitor account activity and reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
