How do I use a discount?

  1. Enter the discount code during checkout in the Discount/Gift Card section
  2. Select "Apply"

If you forget to add your promo code at checkout, please email q@ministryofsupply.com. If it is within 7 days of your purchase, we will issue a refund for the discount dollar amount on your order.

Note: We are unable to combine or "stack" discounts and promotional offers. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts, including Rewards, Gift cards and Infinity Marketplace. Code must be applied at checkout and used prior to expiration date (if applicable.)

 

How do I apply a promotional offer or Gift with Purchase?

  1. Add the gifted item to your cart
  2. Enter the promotional offer code during checkout in the Discount/Gift Card section
  3. Select "Apply"

Promotions including a "free" item with order, cannot be combined with additional promotional offers or discounts, including Rewards, Gift Cards, and Infinity Marketplace. Valid while supplies last and/or the expiration date of the promotion. If returning part or all of the order, the free promotional item must be included with the return. If not, you will be charged the value of the free item. If you're unsure about anything, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at q@ministryofsupply.com.

 

“Exchange Only” Policy for Discounts and Promotions?


At times, we will launch “Exchange Only” promotional events, including our seasonal sales like our Labor Day Sale (Code: LD25), and Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales.

During these promotional events, items purchased through the promotion, or items purchased using the discount code offered, will not be eligible for refunds back to the original purchase method. Rather, customers will have the option of exchanging their items for similar or other products, or receive store credit in the form of a gift card.

During these promotions, items that are marked as “Final Sale” will continue to be ineligible for refunds, and also cannot be exchanged for other items or store credit.*

 

*Note: Last Chance Sale/Previous Generation, Infinity Marketplace, Capsule Sale, Sample Sale, and Gift Cards are Final Sale and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged, even if purchased as part of an “Exchange Only” promotion.

Do you offer any other discounts?

System° Discount:

We are happy to help customers who are trying to build out their closet, by offering curated System° discounts on select items. Add any 2 of the qualifying items listed in the System° for a 15% discount on those items.

- Men's Systems° 

Note: Code must be applied at checkout. All items must be from the same System° for the code to successfully apply. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts, including Rewards, Gift cards and Infinity Marketplace. Code must be applied at checkout.

 

Bundle Discount:

We offer a 15% off bundle discount for those looking to purchase three (3) of the following items listed below. 

Note: all 3 items must be from the same category for a code to successfully apply (for example: two polos cannot be combined with 1 pair of socks to create a bundle). Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts, including Rewards, Gift cards and Infinity Marketplace. Code must be applied at checkout.

 

New Customer Discount:

We offer a $50 First-Time discount to new, first time customers. There is an $150 minimum order requirement on orders using any First-Time discount codes. Only one discount code may be used per order/customer and you must be first-time customer to qualify. Discounts cannot be combined with promotional offers including sale items. Code must be applied at checkout.
