Redeeming points is as easy as the click of a button during checkout.* You can redeem points starting at 100 points for $10 off and increase your discount to a max of $50 per order. Our redemption scale is set at:
- 100 points = $10 off
- 200 points = $20 off
- 300 points = $30 off
- 400 points = $40 off
- 500 points = $50 off
*Rewards Points cannot be combined with additional promotional offers or discounts, including but not limited to Bundles, First Time Purchase, or Sale discounts.
How to redeem points:
- You must be on our standard checkout page to redeem points for a discount on your order, meaning if you use express checkout pages like ShopPay, AmazonPay, PayPal, or GooglePay, you will need to navigate back to the standard checkout page before completing your transaction.
- If using ShopPay Express, you must click "checkout as guest" at the bottom of the express pay page to return to our standard checkout page. See the below screenshot for reference.
- Once on the standard checkout page, click “login” by the name field.
- Enter your account information and click “login”.
- Based on the number of points you've accrued and if you have reached a redemption threshold, you will be able to choose your discount amount on the right side of the checkout page.
- Use the drop-down to choose your discount and click “Redeem”.
