Update 6/16/2021: Due to climbing infection-rates, we're re-closing our stores indefinitely in 5 of our 6 markets on Sunday, August 9th, 2020. Our Boston Flagship location has reopened. Please email q@ministryofsupply.com with any questions.
-
Mandatory masks - All employees and customers are required to use face coverings when in the store.
-
Limiting traffic - Each store has a different traffic level based on square footage to ensure a manageable 6 feet of distance between all persons. If we are at capacity when you arrive, just knock and we will let you know the current wait time.
-
Regular cleaning - Our team will be sanitizing frequently and thoroughly throughout the work day to minimize lingering contaminants on both garments and shared surfaces.
-
Opening up floor space - We are creating more space to move around, to help maintain distance and avoid unintended contact.
-
Limiting stock on the sales floor - To further minimize unintended contact and cross-contamination, we are limiting excess stock on the sales floor. If it looks like we’re out of your size, there’s a good chance we still have it stocked!
-
Limiting product try-on - We will be opening single fitting rooms in each store where permissible, with additional cleaning, sanitization. Customers will be temporarily limited to 3 product try-ons per visit.
-
Employee wellness monitoring - All workers will have their temperature taken before entering the building.
-
Reduced store hours - Store hours have been reduced to allow for proper daily cleaning and sanitization.
-
Regular garment sanitization - All tried-on merchandise will be removed from the sales floor, steamed, and sanitized.
-
Accepting contactless payment - While we will still have cash on hand, we encourage all customers to utilize tap-to-pay options such as contactless credit cards, mobile payment, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
