Please note that the above times may vary based on country, customs, and order size. International tracking may not work once it leaves US Customs, and may be held at your local post office/customs for duty payments. Ministry of Supply is unable to mark any international packages as a Gift or alter the commercial invoice (packing slip). All shipping times are based on business days.

• Passport Priority / Standard: Order by Friday, November 8
• Free Platinum(Pt) Expedited Shipping: Order by Wednesday, November 13

Christmas, December 25

• Passport Priority / Standard: Order by Thursday, December 5
• Free Platinum(Pt) International Expedited Shipping: Order by Tuesday, December 10
• We are unable to guarantee Christmas delivery for any order placed after December 10th

Hanukkah, December 25 - January 2

• Passport Priority / Standard: Order by Thursday, December 5

Fulfillment Times

Please note that we are expecting delays this Holiday season both from our fulfillment center and mail carriers and recommend ordering early. We will not be able to guarantee delivery for orders placed after the holiday shipping cutoff. Please email q@ministryofsupply.com for any assistance or questions. Thank you for understanding and please keep safe.

Our fulfillment center typically fulfills orders within 24-72 business hours (excluding preorder/presale items) and is open 9am - 4pm EST, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed anytime after 9am EST will be shipped the following business day and orders placed on the weekend typically ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made between November 12, 2024, and December 14, 2024, will have an extended returns window and will be eligible to be returned or refunded until January 15, 2025. Exchanges can be made within 100 days of purchase, excluding Final Sale items.

If a promo code that falls under our "Exchange-only" policy was used, then purchases in this window will only be allowed an exchange or an exchange for store credit.

Gift orders are eligible to be exchanged for another item or store credit. If a refund is selected, payment will only go back to the original purchase method.
