Please note that the above times may vary based on country, customs, and order size. International tracking may not work once it leaves US Customs, and may be held at your local post office/customs for duty payments. Ministry of Supply is unable to mark any international packages as a Gift or alter the commercial invoice (packing slip). All shipping times are based on business days.

• Flat Rate Duties-Paid In Cart Shipping: Order by Friday, December 1

• Free Platinum(Pt) International Expedited Shipping: Order by Monday, December 4
• These times are estimated to arrive prior to the last night of Hanukkah

Christmas, December 25

• Flat Rate Duties-Paid In Cart Shipping: Order by Friday, December 8
• Flat Rate Duties-Unpaid Shipping: Order by Friday, December 8
• Free Platinum(Pt) International Expedited Shipping: Order by Monday, December 10
• We are unable to guarantee Christmas delivery for any order placed after December 10th.

Fulfillment Times

Please note that we are expecting delays this Holiday season both from our fulfillment center and mail carriers and recommend ordering early. We will not be able to guarantee delivery for orders placed after the holiday shipping cutoff. Please email q@ministryofsupply.com for any assistance or questions. Our fulfillment center typically fulfills orders within 24-72 business hours (excluding preorder/presale items) and is open 9am - 4pm EST, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed anytime after 9am EST will be shipped the following business day and orders placed on the weekend typically ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made between November 10, 2023- December 25, 2023 are eligible to be returned for a refund until January 15, 2024, or exchanged within 100 days of purchase, excluding Final Sale items. 

Gift orders are eligible to be exchanged for another item or store credit. If refund is selected, payment will go back to the original purchase method, only.
