Order Processing and Fulfillment:

We fulfill items from our fulfillment center located in Tecate, Mexico. Our fulfillment center typically fulfills orders within 24-72 business hours (excluding preorder items) Monday thru Friday. Orders placed anytime after 10am EST will be shipped the following business day and orders placed on the weekend typically ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Due to the location of our warehouse we are unable to offer Next Day or 2 Day shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Order Cancellations or Modifications:

Our fulfillment center will ship your order as quickly as possible, and therefore changes to the order or shipping address may not be possible once fulfillment has begun. If you made an error or need to adjust your order, please email us at q@ministryofsupply.com so we can help with an alternate solution.

We are unable to make any updates or changes to your order once it has been shipped.
