How to Submit a Gift Return

1. Navigate to our Online Returns Portal and select "Start Gift Return Here"

2. Enter the Order Number and Shipping Zip Code or Email if available. Follow the prompts to select the item you'd like to send back for a store credit or new item.

3. If you don't have the Order Number and Zip Code or Email available, select Don't have your order information. Fill out each section to the best of your abilities. Your Gift Return will be sent to our Customer Service team to assist with your gift return.
